About the Guest Speaker:
Join us for a workshop facilitated by licensed occupational therapist, Stephanie Poma. She’s the founder of Resurrected Living, a space where survivors of abuse and trauma receive occupational therapy services, through holistic and practical treatment designed to support both healingandgrowth, and to restore balance from within before addressing the external challenges that affect their daily life.
What to Expect:
A reflective experience for women to pause and consider their personal story like where they’ve been, where they are now, and where God may be leading them next.
Through visual exercise using a mountain, participants will reflect on meaningful experiences, recognize patterns in the story they have come to believe about themselves, and identify one meaningful next step with the Lord.
