VISION & CAMPAIGN

Crossing Over Into Ownership.

MetroChurch is stepping into a new season by purchasing our church building in North Haledon.

This is more than just a building, but it’s a place where we can continue to cultivate a culture of agape love, worship, healing, discipleship, and more. Now, together, we have the opportunity to step forward in faith and make this vision a reality.

SCRIPTURAL FOUNDATION

"The Lord said to Moses, “Why do you cry to me? Tell the people of Israel to GO FORWARD. Lift up your staff, and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it, that the people of Israel may go THROUGH the sea on dry ground."

WHY IT MATTERS / 1

A Legacy for Future Generations.

We’re building for those coming after us. Renting or leasing has its challenges, such as limited access, unpredictable schedules, and constant adjustments. Ownership brings stability, consistency, and a foundation our children and their children can build upon.

WHY IT MATTERS / 2

Ownership Brings Authority.

Owning our property means we can establish a lasting presence. It allows us to shape the atmosphere, serve more effectively, and be a consistent influence in our town and region for years to come.

WHY IT MATTERS / 3

Favor in North Haledon.

North Haledon has welcomed us with open arms. Over time, we’ve developed strong relationships with community and political leaders who have partnered with us on meaningful projects. With a permanent home, those partnerships will only grow stronger.

WHY IT MATTERS / 4

An Answer to Decades of Prayer.

Since 1988, we’ve rented and moved locations many times; setting up and tearing down, and fitting into whatever space and time was available. Our consistent prayer has always been for a place to call home. A place to plant roots and shine God’s light. This purchase is the fulfillment of that prayer.

WHY IT MATTERS / 5

The Time is Now.

In October 2024, during a Trustees meeting, we strongly and collectively sensed that it was time to pray for a permanent home and expect the right opportunity. Within two months, doors began to open. What began in prayer is now becoming reality.

FUTURE PLANS

Expanding the Vision.

We are excited to share some of the preliminary renderings of the future renovations for MetroChurch.

Along with purchasing the building, we’ll also be moving forward with various interior renovations, such as the sanctuary, bathrooms, community room and nursery, while also adding accessibility throughout the church.

WAYS TO GIVE

Let’s Move Forward Together.

Every gift brings us one step closer to a permanent home where lives will be transformed for generations.

We invite you to join us in this journey of faith. Together, we’re building for the personal and regional expansion of God’s kingdom through His manifest presence.
